Butter chicken masala is a curry with pieces of boneless chicken cooked in a rich, creamy
tomato-based sauce. The sauce is often vibrant orange-red in color, owing to the use of
tomatoes, cream, and spices like Kashmiri red chili powder. Often served with rice.
Ingredients: 250g rice, 20g Butter, 150 Chicken, 20g Yogurt, 25g Ginger Garlic paste, 2g Turmeric Powder,15g Chilli powder, 10g Garam Masala, 5g Lemon juice, 80g Onion, 120g Tomato, 5 Cashew,
Sugar, Salt, 5g Kasuri Methi, 5g Whole Spices (Bayleaf, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Clove), 10g
Fresh cream.

Heating Instruction:
In Pan: Empty the contents into a pan, sprinkle a few drops of water, and heat for 1-2 mins.
In Microwave: Sprinkle a few drops of water over the content and keep in microwave for 2-3 mins in medium heat.
